{"id":1064,"date":"2009-03-30T19:22:22","date_gmt":"2009-03-30T17:22:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=1064"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:16:08","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:16:08","slug":"ragu-di-carne-a-modo-mio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/03\/ragu-di-carne-a-modo-mio\/","title":{"rendered":"Rag\u00f9 di carne a modo mio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Solitamente lo preparo in grande quantit\u00e0, che poi metto nel congelatore per averlo pronto quando mi serve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngredienti<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">1 kg di carne macinata mista o a \tscelta secondo i gusti;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">1 cipolla;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">1 carota;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">1 gambo di sedano;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">4 scatole di 400 g di pomodori a \tpezzettoni o pelati;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">1 bicchiere abbondante di vino \trosso secco tipo cabernet;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">150 g di pancetta affumicata;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">alloro, rosmarino, salvia qb;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">olio d&rsquo;oliva qb;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">sale, pepe nero, peperoncino.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Preparazione<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Preparate un trito di verdure tagliandole con un coltello o con il mixer, a parte sminuzzate anche la pancetta e quindi fatela rosolare nell&rsquo;olio d&rsquo;oliva; quando ben colorata aggiungete il trito di verdure e fate ammorbidire il tutto. Appena il soffritto sar\u00e0 bene insaporito unite la carne mescolando e fino a quando risulti tutta uniformemente colorata. Bagnate quindi con il vino e lasciate evaporare poi unite i pomodori, salate e pepate e aggiungete le spezie.
