Riscaldate la padella con met\u00e0 burro (oppure con l&rsquo;olio di oliva), aggiungete le patate, distribuirle             bene e premere leggermente per formare un tortino compatto.<br \/>\nCuocete a fiamma bassa per circa 15 minuti da un lato, dopodich\u00e9 togliete il tortino usando un piatto oppure un coperchio ed aggiungete il rimanente burro.
