{"id":1159,"date":"2009-04-09T17:56:43","date_gmt":"2009-04-09T15:56:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=1159"},"modified":"2011-11-15T10:55:39","modified_gmt":"2011-11-15T09:55:39","slug":"pasta-gratinata-al-camenbert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/04\/pasta-gratinata-al-camenbert\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta gratinata al Camembert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g di pasta tipo macheroni;<\/li>\n<li>150 g di camembert;<\/li>\n<li>1 fetta di prosciutto tagliata spessa;<\/li>\n<li>besciamella;<\/li>\n<li>pangrattato;<\/li>\n<li>olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuocete la pasta al dente in acqua salata ungete una pirofila con l&rsquo;olio d&rsquo;oliva e spolveratela di pangrattato. Preparate una besciamella dove una volta pronta aggiungerete il camembert a pezzetti e il prosciutto a dadini quindi fate sciogliere bene il tutto a fuoco basso. Scolate la pasta e mettetela nella pirofila; versateci la besciamella calda in modo uniforme, spolverate con il pangrattato ed irrorate con un filo di olio d&rsquo;oliva.
