Quando cotti metteteli da parte e lasciateli raffredare. In un padellino fate rosolare la pancetta e quando sar\u00e0 colorita uniteci i funghi. Tagliate il formaggio a pezzetti, foderate lo stampo con la pasta sfoglia e buccherelate il fondo e disponeteci i funghi, la pancetta ed il formaggio. Sbattete le uova e la panna, aggiustate di sale e pepe quindi versate il composto sulla torta.
