Frotter le caquelon avec une gousse d&rsquo;ail, puis raper la deuxi\u00e8me dans le caquelon. Faire chauffer le vin jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition; poivrer. Ajouter progressivement les fromages, sans cesser de remuer, en formant des huit avec la cuill\u00e8re en bois, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit homog\u00e8ne. D\u00e9layer la maizena dans le kirsch et verser dans le fromage. Placer la caquelon sur le r\u00e9chaud allum\u00e9.
