{"id":1269,"date":"2009-08-03T13:23:08","date_gmt":"2009-08-03T11:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=1269"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:10:44","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:10:44","slug":"cake-alle-olive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/08\/cake-alle-olive\/","title":{"rendered":"Cake alle olive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr di farina (io ho usato quella auto lievitante);<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di olive verdi;<\/li>\n<li>100gr di olive nere;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di parmigiano grattugiato;<\/li>\n<li>3 uova;<\/li>\n<li>10 cl di olio d\u2019oliva;<\/li>\n<li>10 cl di latte;<\/li>\n<li>burro e farina per lo stampo;<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaino di sale fino;<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucchiaino di origano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Tagliate le olive a rondelle. Distribuite la farina a fontana, versateci al centro l\u2019olio, il latte quindi salate; mescolate accuratamente l\u2019impasto ed aggiungeteci le uova una alla volta amalgamando il tutto accuratamente. Unite il formaggio, le olive e l&rsquo;origano. Imburrate ed infarinate lo stampo per plum-cake quindi versateci l\u2019impasto. Infornate nel forno preriscaldato a 200\u00b0 per 40 minuti. <em>Controllate la cottura mediante un coltello: infilatelo nel plum-cake e verificate che la punta sia asciutta<\/em>.
