{"id":1348,"date":"2009-09-25T19:48:16","date_gmt":"2009-09-25T17:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=1348"},"modified":"2009-12-27T12:06:36","modified_gmt":"2009-12-27T10:06:36","slug":"quiche-di-verdura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/09\/quiche-di-verdura\/","title":{"rendered":"Quiche di verdure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rotolo di pasta bris\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li>2 zucchine;<\/li>\n<li>1 carota;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di piselli;<\/li>\n<li>1 peperone;<\/li>\n<li>3 uova;<\/li>\n<li>120 gr di prosciutto cotto tagliato a cubetti;<\/li>\n<li>250 gr di ricotta;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di pecorino grattuggiato;<\/li>\n<li>olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe, erbe aromatiche a scelta (prezzemolo, origano, timo etc&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparazione:<\/p>\n<p>Mondate le verdure e tagliatele a cubetti. Rosolatele in una padella con un po d&rsquo;olio quindi salate e pepate. Sbattete le uova,  unitevi il formaggio grattuggiato, la ricotta, il prosciutto e con le vostre erbe aromatiche preferite.
