Frullateli con la panna e le uova. Versate il composto negli stampini e cuocete in forno a bagnomaria per 20\u2019.\u00a0 Qualora voleste variare \u00a0potrete farli anche con la zucca, le zucchine, i carciofi o ancora con i topinambur.
