Salate pepate e lasciare insaporire il composto. Aprite le ostriche, staccate i molluschi dal loro guscio ed eliminate la loro acqua. Disponete le conchiglie su una teglia ricoperta con abbastanza sale grosso affinch\u00e9 non si rovescino durante la cottura. Distribuite il burro aromatico sui molluschi e spolverate con il pangrattato. Accendete il grill del forno a temperatura massima e gratinate per 5 minuti o fino a quando risulteranno dorate.
