Si on pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, on peut pr\u00e9alablement les peler apr\u00e8s les avoir \u00e9bouillant\u00e9es.<br \/>\nMettre les nectarines dans une casserole avec le sucre en poudre, la gousse de vanille fendue en deux dans le sens de la longueur et bien racl\u00e9e, M\u00e9langer.<br \/>\nPorter la casserole sur feu doux et laisser compoter pendant 20 minutes environ, en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps et en veillant \u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration n\u2019attache pas.<br \/>\nRetirer les fruits \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9cumoire et les mettre dans un saladier.
