{"id":1878,"date":"2011-02-10T18:50:10","date_gmt":"2011-02-10T16:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=1878"},"modified":"2011-12-20T18:01:03","modified_gmt":"2011-12-20T17:01:03","slug":"carpaccio-di-zucchine-marinate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/02\/carpaccio-di-zucchine-marinate\/","title":{"rendered":"Carpaccio di zucchine marinate"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 zucchine (piccole e freschissime);<\/li>\n<li>3 spicchi di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>6 cucchiai di olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di aceto di mele;<\/li>\n<li>un ciuffo di prezzemolo tritato (menta, basilico, o erba cipollina a piacere);<\/li>\n<li>sale e pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Taglio sottilmente le zucchine nel senso della lunghezza con un pelapatate, le metto in un vassoio abbastanza grande per formare un unico strato. In una ciotola preparo una vinaigrette con l&rsquo;aglio tritato, il prezzemolo, l&rsquo;olio, l&rsquo;aceto sale e pepe e la aggiungo sulle zucchine.
