{"id":1932,"date":"2011-02-16T14:07:05","date_gmt":"2011-02-16T12:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=1932"},"modified":"2011-12-20T17:32:49","modified_gmt":"2011-12-20T16:32:49","slug":"faraona-allarancia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/02\/faraona-allarancia\/","title":{"rendered":"Faraona all&rsquo;arancia"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 faraona tagliata a pezzi;<\/li>\n<li>2 arance non trattate; (succo e buccia)<\/li>\n<li>succo di mezzo limone;<\/li>\n<li>salvia, rosmarino;<\/li>\n<li>5 scalogni;<\/li>\n<li>vino bianco secco;<\/li>\n<li>olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nngg_shortcode_1_placeholder\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faccio rosolare la faraona con l&rsquo;olio d&rsquo;oliva, aggiungo lo scalogno, le spezie, la buccia delle arance e faccio insaporire il tutto. Sfumo con il vino bianco e lascio evaporare; nel frattempo spremo le arance, il mezzo limone, e dopo qualche minuto aggiungo la spremuta alla faraona. Copro e lascio cuocere circa 50 min dopodich\u00e9\u00a0 tolgo il coperchio, lascio asciugare il sugo a fiamma viva in modo tale che si caramelizzi quindi sfumo nuovamente con un goccio di vino bianco.
