{"id":2073,"date":"2011-03-11T20:50:04","date_gmt":"2011-03-11T19:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2073"},"modified":"2011-12-19T17:08:53","modified_gmt":"2011-12-19T16:08:53","slug":"rotolo-con-praga-melanzane-e-scamorza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/03\/rotolo-con-praga-melanzane-e-scamorza\/","title":{"rendered":"Rotolo con Praga melanzane e scamorza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- \t\t@page { margin: 2cm } \t\tP { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } -->Siccome mi era avanzato un rotolo di pasta sfoglia che a giorni scadeva, ho improvvisato un&rsquo;altro rotolo sfizioso!<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia;<\/li>\n<li>200 gr di prosciutto tipo praga;<\/li>\n<li>2 melanzane;<\/li>\n<li>200 gr di scamorza affumicata;<\/li>\n<li>1 uovo;<\/li>\n<li>semi di sesamo per la decorazione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dopo aver pulito e tagliato a fette le melanzane le ho fatto grigliare sulla piastra. Ho quindi disposto il prosciutto sulla sfoglia lasciando un po\u2019 di bordo per permettere la chiusura del rotolo; infine ho aggiunto le melanzane e la scamorza che avevo affettato sottilmente. Arrotolata la sfoglia su se stessa e fissata premendo bene i bordi ho spennellato con l\u2019uovo sbattuto e quindi spolverato con con i semi di papavero e di sesamo.
