{"id":2075,"date":"2011-03-10T15:36:27","date_gmt":"2011-03-10T14:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2075"},"modified":"2011-12-20T17:11:52","modified_gmt":"2011-12-20T16:11:52","slug":"zuppa-di-cipolloti-patate-e-porro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/03\/zuppa-di-cipolloti-patate-e-porro\/","title":{"rendered":"Zuppa di cipolloti, patate e porro"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cipollotti;<\/li>\n<li>1 porro;<\/li>\n<li>3 patate;<\/li>\n<li>burro;<\/li>\n<li>sale e pepe;<\/li>\n<li>olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>semi di papavero;<\/li>\n<li>scaglie di parmigiano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>pulisco e taglio sottilmente i cipollotti, il porro e li faccio appassire in una padella con una noce di burro. Intanto taglio le patate a cubetti che unisco al soffritto, copro a filo con dell&rsquo;acqua calda, aggiungo il sale e il pepe e lascio cuocere a fuoco basso fino a quando le patate saranno cotte. Frullo il tutto e aggiungo un po di acqua qualora la crema dovesse risultare troppo densa.
