{"id":2155,"date":"2011-03-20T08:51:32","date_gmt":"2011-03-20T07:51:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2155"},"modified":"2011-12-20T16:59:01","modified_gmt":"2011-12-20T15:59:01","slug":"mousse-di-fragole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/03\/mousse-di-fragole\/","title":{"rendered":"Mousse di Fragole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngredienti per 4 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr di fragole;<\/li>\n<li>200 gr di panna fresca;<\/li>\n<li>7 gr di colla di pesce;<\/li>\n<li>150 gr di zucchero a velo;<\/li>\n<li>qualche goccia di limone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frullo le fragole insieme allo zucchero a velo ed a qualche goccia di limone; in acqua fredda metto a bagno la colla di pesce. Dopo\u00a0 per circa 15 min strizzo la colla e la metto a sciogliere in un pentolino con un po di acqua, quindi la aggiungo al frullato di fragole e mescolo tutto accuratamente. Monto la panna a neve ben ferma e la incorporo alle fragole molto delicatamente dal basso verso l&rsquo;alto; quando ben amalgamato verso il tutto in quattro coppette e pongo in frigo per almeno 3 ore.\u00a0 <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Coulis di fragole:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 gr di fragole;<\/p>\n<p>50 gr di zucchero;<\/p>\n<p>succo di mezzo limone.<\/p>\n<p>In un pentolino metto le fragole tagliate a pezzetti, lo zucchero ed il limone. Faccio cuocere a fiamma bassa mescolando sempre e per circa 10 minuti. Lascio raffreddare e quindi\u00a0 frullo fino ad ottenere una salsina vellutata e liscia.
