Molto pi\u00f9 sano (senza glutammato) ed economico del classico dado che si trova in commercio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Per questa preparazione\u00a0 preferisco di solito usare la pentola a pressione perch\u00e9 la cottura \u00e8 molto veloce. Pulisco innanzi tutto le verdure, stecco le cipolle con i chiodi di garofano, copro con l&rsquo;acqua, una presa di sale e l&rsquo;alloro. Faccio cuocere circa 30 minuti<strong>, <\/strong>lascio intiepidire il brodo e lo filtro.
