{"id":2214,"date":"2011-03-21T19:40:54","date_gmt":"2011-03-21T18:40:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2214"},"modified":"2012-06-04T12:29:01","modified_gmt":"2012-06-04T11:29:01","slug":"melanzane-al-forno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/03\/melanzane-al-forno\/","title":{"rendered":"Melanzane Perline al forno"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>melanzane perline, ( si tratta di un tipo di melanzana &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.albanesi.it\/Alimentazione\/cibi\/melanzana.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Solanum melongena<\/em><\/a> &#8211; particolarmente buona);<\/li>\n<li>alcune foglie di basilico;<\/li>\n<li>2 spicchi di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>olio extra vergine di oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale,pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pulisco le melanzane a cui taglio il picciolo e quindi le metto in una teglia da forno. Unisco l&rsquo;olio extra vergine di oliva<strong>, <\/strong>l&rsquo;aglio a pezzi, le foglie di basilico, il sale ed il pepe. Inforno le melanzane per 15 minuti a 180\u00b0.
