Faccio rosolare a fiamma vivace le costolette fino a quando saranno ben dorate, aggiungo il rosmarino e l&rsquo;aglio in camicia;\u00a0 sfumo con il vino bianco, faccio evaporare e quindi abbasso la fiamma.
