Les r\u00e2per ensuite dans un saladier en utilisant une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 gros trous.<\/li>\n<li>Saler, poivrer et muscader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cuisson<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Faire chauffer la moiti\u00e9 du beurre dans une po\u00eale. Verser la pr\u00e9paration et l\u2019aplatir au fond de la po\u00eale avec une spatule pour former une galette r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Faire cuire sur feu moyen pendant 15 minutes sans remuer.<\/li>\n<li>Poser une grande assiette ou un couvercle sur la po\u00eale et retourner le tout. Faire \u00e0 nouveau glisser le paillasson dans la po\u00eale apr\u00e8s y avoir rajout\u00e9 le reste du beurre. Le laisser cuire pendant une quinzaine de minutes. Lorsqu\u2019il est bien croustillant, c&rsquo;est pret! servir aussit\u00f4t.<\/li>\n<p>Conseils: on peut \u00e9galement incorporer du persil hach\u00e9, de l&rsquo;oignon rap\u00e9 ou des fines herbes cisel\u00e9es.
