{"id":2262,"date":"2011-03-25T16:42:09","date_gmt":"2011-03-25T15:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2262"},"modified":"2011-12-20T16:41:12","modified_gmt":"2011-12-20T15:41:12","slug":"coda-di-rospo-con-olive-taggiasche-e-pomodorini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/03\/coda-di-rospo-con-olive-taggiasche-e-pomodorini\/","title":{"rendered":"Coda di Rospo con olive Taggiasche e Pomodorini"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 coda di rospo di circa 1 kg;<\/li>\n<li>1 scalogno;<\/li>\n<li>2 spicchi di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di olive taggiasche;<\/li>\n<li>10 pomodorini;<\/li>\n<li>farina;<\/li>\n<li>1 bicchiere di vino bianco secco;<\/li>\n<li>prezzemolo;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe, peperoncino;<\/li>\n<li>olio extra vergine di oliva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Taglio a tranci la coda di rospo dopo averla pulita e privata della pelle. Infarino\u00a0 i tranci e li faccio\u00a0 dorare leggermente in una padella con l&rsquo;olio extra vergine di oliva. Nel frattempo trito lo scalogno e\u00a0 l&rsquo;aglio quindi li aggiungo subito alla preparazione. Sfumo con il vino bianco e lascio evaporare, regolo di sale, pepe ed aggiungo il peperoncino, quindi abbasso la fiamma e lascio cuocere per circa 15 minuti a pentola coperta. Intanto pulisco i pomodorini, li taglio a met\u00e0 e li privo dei semini. Trascorsi i 15 minuti di cottura aggiungo le olive taggiasche ed i pomodorini quindi faccio insaporire il tutto per altri 5 minuti.
