{"id":2417,"date":"2011-05-25T09:28:23","date_gmt":"2011-05-25T08:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2417"},"modified":"2011-12-01T11:41:04","modified_gmt":"2011-12-01T10:41:04","slug":"uova-mimosa-al-salmone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/05\/uova-mimosa-al-salmone\/","title":{"rendered":"Uova Mimosa al Salmone"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 uova;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di salmone al naturale;<\/li>\n<li>6 olive verdi;<\/li>\n<li>3 cucchiai di mayonaise;<\/li>\n<li>succo di limone;<\/li>\n<li>sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Metto a cuocere le uova in un pentolino con acqua e le porto a bollore quindi faccio cuocere per 8 minuti. Una volta cotte le raffreddo subito mettendole sotto l&rsquo;acqua fredda infine le sguscio. Le taglio a met\u00e0 nel senso della lunghezza e, con cura, tolgo il tuorlo che poi metto in una terrina insieme al salmone precedentemente sbriciolato, la mayonaise, le olive tritate finemente ed il limone.\u00a0 Amalgamo tutti gli ingredienti ed aggiusto di sale quindi metto il composto una mezz&rsquo;oretta in frigo affinch\u00e9 si rassodi un po&rsquo;. Con un sac-a-poche, o in mancanza, con un cucchiaio riempio gli albumi.
