In una terrina preparo un emulsione con lo yogurt, l&rsquo;olio, l&rsquo; aceto, il sale ed il pepe. Taglio l&rsquo;erba cipollina con l&rsquo;aiuto delle forbice che aggiungo al condimento insieme ai cetrioli quindi metto in frigo per mezz&rsquo;oretta.
