{"id":2471,"date":"2011-09-09T12:15:41","date_gmt":"2011-09-09T11:15:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2471"},"modified":"2011-12-01T11:36:55","modified_gmt":"2011-12-01T10:36:55","slug":"torta-salata-con-patate-e-pancetta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/09\/torta-salata-con-patate-e-pancetta\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta salata con Patate e Pancetta"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di pancetta affumicata;<\/li>\n<li>3 patate medie;<\/li>\n<li>3 uova;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl di panna fresca;<\/li>\n<li>1 cipolla;<\/li>\n<li>80 gr di emmental;<\/li>\n<li>sale pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In una padella faccio appassire la cipolla tagliata sottile con una noce di burro, aggiungo la pancetta affumicata e lascio rosolare. Sbuccio le patate, gi\u00e0 lessate precedentemente e le taglio a cubetti. Fodero uno stampo con la pasta sfoglia e la\u00a0 buccherello con una forchetta e sopra distribuisco la cipolla, la pancetta rosolata e le patate. In una ciotola sbatto le uova insieme alla panna quindi regolo di sale e pepe ed infine aggiungo il tutto sulla sfoglia. Cospargo la torta salata con l&#8217;emmental grattugiato e la metto nel forno gi\u00e0 caldo a 180\u00b0 per 30 min. o fino a quando risulter\u00e0 ben dorata.
