Nettoyez puis \u00e9mincez les blancs des 3 poireaux.  Faites dorer les lardons dont vous utiliserez la graisse pour faire revenir les poireaux ensuite.<br \/>\nR\u00e9partissez lardons et poireaux sur le fond de tarte.  Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C ( Th 6).<br \/>\nDans un bol battez les oeufs, la cr\u00e8me et le lait. Assaisonnez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt puis versez le m\u00e9lange dans la tarte.
