{"id":2542,"date":"2012-01-09T22:25:15","date_gmt":"2012-01-09T21:25:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2542"},"modified":"2012-01-09T22:25:15","modified_gmt":"2012-01-09T21:25:15","slug":"torta-salata-con-feta-melanzane-e-pomodorini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2012\/01\/torta-salata-con-feta-melanzane-e-pomodorini\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta salata con Feta Melanzane e Pomodorini"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rotolo di pasta bris\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>1 melanzana;<\/li>\n<li>15 pomodorini ciliegini;<\/li>\n<li>150 gr di feta greca o formaggio di capra;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di olive nere snocciolate;<\/li>\n<li>3 uova;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl di panna fresca;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di aceto balsamico;<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchio di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>alcune foglie di basilico fresco<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva magari <a title=\"l'olio buono\" href=\"http:\/\/www.collecavaliere.it\/file\/Home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Colle Cavaliere<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mentre preriscaldo il forno a 200\u00b0 preparo una vinaigrette con olio e aceto balsamico che poi aromatizzo con l&rsquo;aglio tritato. Taglio le melanzane a fette e le spennello con la vinaigrette quindi le faccio arrostire sulla piastra per 4 minuti. Taglio i pomodorini a met\u00e0 ed\u00a0 il formaggio a dadini; sbatto le uova con la panna ed il basilico spezzettato poi condisco con sale e pepe. Fodero lo stampo con la pasta bris\u00e9 poi dispongo le melanzane, i pomodorini, le olive ed il formaggio; infine unisco le uova sbattute con la panna. Inforno per 30 minuti oppure fino a quando risulter\u00e0 cotto a puntino.
