{"id":2558,"date":"2011-10-16T10:04:08","date_gmt":"2011-10-16T09:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2558"},"modified":"2011-12-01T11:31:44","modified_gmt":"2011-12-01T10:31:44","slug":"farfalle-pomodorini-e-stracciatella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/10\/farfalle-pomodorini-e-stracciatella\/","title":{"rendered":"Farfalle Pomodorini e Stracciatella"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per due Persone<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr. di farfalle;<\/li>\n<li>10 pomodorini tagliati a met\u00e0;<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchio di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>Olio extra vergine di oliva;<\/li>\n<li>Sale pepe e peperoncino qb;<\/li>\n<li>Basilico fresco;<\/li>\n<li>3 cucchiai di stracciatella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mentre lascio lessare le\u00a0 farfalle nell&rsquo;acqua bollente e salata faccio insaporire in una padella l&rsquo;olio d&rsquo;oliva con lo spicchio d&rsquo;aglio. Appena l&rsquo;aglio prende colore unisco i pomodorini tagliati a met\u00e0 e li faccio saltare per qualche secondo quindi tolgo l&rsquo;aglio e lascio riposare.
