Virginie<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 gr di radicchio rosso (pulito dalla parte bianca dura);<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di parmigiano reggiano;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di gherigli di noce;<\/li>\n<li>5 cuchiaio di olio extra vergine di oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe qb;<\/li>\n<li>2 cubetti di ghiaccio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel mixer metto il radicchio tagliato a listarelle, le noci, il parmigiano tagliato a pezzi, l&rsquo;olio extra verginie di oliva ed il ghiaccio. Frullo il tutto fino ad attenere una crema liscia. Condisco la pasta cotta al dente, scolata e lasciata leggeremente umida quindi la servo subito a tavola.
