{"id":261,"date":"2008-08-31T18:43:56","date_gmt":"2008-08-31T16:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=261"},"modified":"2009-11-24T20:56:24","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T18:56:24","slug":"torta-salata-con-porri-pancetta-e-formaggio-di-capra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/08\/torta-salata-con-porri-pancetta-e-formaggio-di-capra\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta salata con porri, pancetta, e formaggio di capra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rotolo di pasta bris\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li> 2 grossi porri.<\/li>\n<li> 150 g di pancetta affumicata.<\/li>\n<li> Formaggio di capra (o caprino)<\/li>\n<li> 3 uova<\/li>\n<li> 20 cl di panna fresca.<\/li>\n<li> 10 cl di latte.<\/li>\n<li> sale, pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>foderate uno stampo con la pasta bris\u00e9e, pulite e tagliate i porri a rondelle (utilizzate solo la parte bianca). In una padella fare rosolare la pancetta toglietela dalla padella quindi usate il grasso   rimasto per fare appassire i porri. Nel frattempo fate riscaldare il forno a 180 \u00b0C (th 6)<br \/>\nDisponete il porro appassito e la pancetta sulla pasta bris\u00e9e. Sbattete le uova insieme alla panna ed al latte quindi aggiustate di sale e pepe.
