Adoro le zucchine crude dal sapore dolce e delicato abbinato al sapore forte e deciso della senape. Ideale come antipasto o stuzzichino fra amici per l&rsquo;aperitivo. Vi consiglio di usare delle zucchine piccole molto pi\u00f9 dolci e, a chi piace (come a me), aggiungere uno scalogno tritato finemente con la salsa, oppure del basilico o ancora con dell&rsquo;erba cipollina.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 zucchine piccole;<\/li>\n<li>1 limone;<\/li>\n<li>5 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di senape (io ho usato moutarde de dijon Maille);<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe;<\/li>\n<li>a piacere: scalogno, basilico, erba cipollina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Affetto le zucchine nel senso della lunghezza con l&rsquo;aiuto di uno spela patate; In una ciotolina preparo la salsa emulsionando con una piccola frusta, l&rsquo;olio, la senape ed il limone spremuto. Regolo di sale e pepe.
