{"id":2652,"date":"2011-11-04T20:17:52","date_gmt":"2011-11-04T19:17:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2652"},"modified":"2011-11-30T21:36:33","modified_gmt":"2011-11-30T20:36:33","slug":"risotto-con-la-zucca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/11\/risotto-con-la-zucca\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto con la Zucca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un risottino autunale, molto delicato e cremoso.\u00a0 Uno dei risotti che pi\u00f9 preferisco&#8230; lo potete arricchire con delle listarelle di prosciutto crudo che rendono il risotto piu saporito!<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>160 gr di riso;<\/li>\n<li>120gr di zucca tagliata a cubetti;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cipolla;<\/li>\n<li>brodo di verdure qb;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di burro;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di parmigiano o pecorino a scelta;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparo un brodo vegetale con carota, sedano e cipolla in acqua bollente salata (circa 1 litro). Taglio sottilmente la cipolla che faccio soffriggere in una padella insieme alla met\u00e0 del burro; una volta trasparente aggiungo il riso e lo lascio tostare qualche minuto. Unisco la zucca tagliata a cubetti e comincio\u00a0 a versare il brodo pian piano fino a cottura ultimata.
