{"id":2773,"date":"2011-11-14T18:25:51","date_gmt":"2011-11-14T17:25:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=2773"},"modified":"2011-11-30T21:23:19","modified_gmt":"2011-11-30T20:23:19","slug":"spaghetti-allo-sgombro-con-panna-e-olive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2011\/11\/spaghetti-allo-sgombro-con-panna-e-olive\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti allo Sgombro con Panna e Olive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quando veramente non sai cosa preparare per pranzo ed apri i pensili o il frigo e ne esce una ricetta sfiziosa; questi piatti nascono dai pi\u00f9 assurdi esperimenti! buona spaghettata, a presto Virginie.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>180 gr di spaghetti;<\/li>\n<li>una scatola di sgombro sott&rsquo;olio;<\/li>\n<li>10 cl di panna fresca;<\/li>\n<li>una manciata di olive taggiasche;<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchio di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>olio extra vergine di oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe, peperoncino;<\/li>\n<li>prezzemolo fresco tritato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel mentre\u00a0 l&rsquo;acqua bolle per cuocere i miei spaghetti, faccio scaldare 2 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva in un tegamino insieme allo spicchio di aglio, poi aggiungo lo sgombro, le olive e dopo qualche minuto sfumo con la panna. Regolo di sale e pepe ed a chi piace una spolverata di peperoncino!
