E&rsquo; il re dei formaggi francesi, conosciutissimo in tutto il mondo facile da trovare vi stupir\u00e0! vi lascio alla ricetta buon appetito! Virginie.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>160 di riso carnaroli;<\/li>\n<li>1 scalogno;<\/li>\n<li>70 gr di roquefort;<\/li>\n<li>1 litro di brodo vegetale (fatto con sedano, carota, cipolla);<\/li>\n<li>una noce di burro;<\/li>\n<li>8 gherigli di noci;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trito lo scalogno che faccio appassire in una padella con la noce di burro; aggiungo il riso che\u00a0lascio tostare qualche minuto quindi porto il risotto a cottura con il brodo vegetale. Manteco con le noci tritate grossolanamente ed il roquefort tagliato a cubetti, mescolo con cura fino a quando il formaggio sar\u00e0 ben sciolto, infine aggiusto di sale e pepe.
