Questa vellutata esaltandone il sapore \u00e8 una coccola per il palato! buon appetito Virginie.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr di topinambur;<\/li>\n<li>1 scalogno, o mezza cipolla;<\/li>\n<li>2 patate:<\/li>\n<li>olio extravergine di oliva;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sbuccio i topinambur, le patate e taglio tutto a cubetti; trito lo scalogno che rosolo leggermente in una pentola con poco olio quindi aggiungo le patate e i topinambur. Lascio insaporire per qualche minuto quindi copro a filo con dell&rsquo;acqua calda metto il coperchio e cucino a fiamma bassa per circa mezz&rsquo;ora.
