{"id":315,"date":"2008-09-26T16:09:32","date_gmt":"2008-09-26T14:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=315"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:25:52","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:25:52","slug":"cuisses-de-poulet-au-vin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/09\/cuisses-de-poulet-au-vin\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuisses de poulet au vin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cuisses de poulet.<\/li>\n<li>4 cuiller\u00e9es a soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon, pel\u00e9 et \u00e9minc\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e9chalotes, pel\u00e9es et \u00e9minc\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail.<\/li>\n<li>2 dl de vin rouge (il est possible de pr\u00e9parer ce plat avec du vin blanc ou meme ros\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>2 dl de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li>4 cuiller\u00e9es a soupe d&rsquo;olives noires.<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates, pel\u00e9es et \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>4 cuiller\u00e9es a soupe de basilic hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites dorer les cuisses de poulet dans l&rsquo;huile chaude sur toutes les faces. Retirez-les de la casserole et faites-y \u00e9tuver l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote, et l&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s.
