A me piace moltissimo al naturale, nell&rsquo;insalata ed in crema sui crostini di pane. Ecco uno dei mie antipasti preferiti!!!!. Buon appetito! Virginie<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 avocado maturo;<\/li>\n<li>10 gamberi o 4 gamberoni;<\/li>\n<li>1 limone;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva<a title=\"L'olio Buonoooooo!!!!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.collecavaliere.it\/file\/Home.html\" target=\"_blank\"> \u00ab\u00a0Colle Cavaliere\u00a0\u00bb<\/a><\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe qb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa cucino i gamberi in acqua bollente per circa 5 minuti, una volta raffreddati li pulisco e li taglio a dadini. In una ciotola preparo un emulsione con olio, sale, pepe e alcune gocce di limone. Sbuccio l&rsquo;avocado, lo divido a met\u00e0 e taglio la polpa a dadini. Trasferisco il tutto nella ciotola e mescolo con cura. Presento a modo di tartare sul piatto decorando con alcune foglie di rucola e una bella spolverata di pepe.
