Non \u00e8 molto diversa della nostra, ma ha solo\u00a0 un ingrediente\u00a0 in pi\u00f9: la<em>\u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Crema tradizionale molto usata nella cucina francese che noi chiamiamo panna acida e rende il sughetto particolarmente cremoso e leggermente acidulo. Provatela&#8230; Buon appetito a presto.<\/p>\n<p>Virginie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2oo gr di spaghetti;<\/li>\n<li>150 gr di pancetta affumicata;<\/li>\n<li>1 tuorlo d&rsquo;uovo;<\/li>\n<li>3 cucchiai di Panna acida ( <em>cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>25 gr di parmigiano reggiano<\/li>\n<li>sale e pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel mentre lesso gli spaghetti in abbondate acqua salata, in un padellino faccio rosolare la pancetta fino a quando diventer\u00e0 leggermente croccante . In una ciotola dove condir\u00f2 i miei spaghetti sbatto leggermente il tuorlo d&rsquo;uovo con la panna acida ovvero la\u00a0 <em>\u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0; aggiungo il parmigiano reggiano un pizzico di sale ed una generosa spolverata di pepe infine unisco al composto\u00a0 la pancetta. Scolo la pasta la verso e l&rsquo;amalgamo nella ciotola con la salsa precedentemente preparata.
