Stupite\u00a0 gli amici a tavola con questi pochi semplici ingredienti!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>160 gr di riso;<\/li>\n<li>1 salsiccia;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cespo di radicchio rosso;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cipolla;<\/li>\n<li>brodo vegetale;<\/li>\n<li>burro qb;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03 cucchiai di pecorino romano grattugiato;<\/li>\n<li>rosmarino fresco;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trito la cipolla che lascio appassire in un po&rsquo; di burro, aggiungo la salsiccia precedentemente spellata e sbriciolata e lascio insaporire qualche instante; unisco il radicchio tagliato a striscioline e faccio appassire leggermente. Aggiungo il riso e lo lascio tostare; poi continuo la cottura bagnando col brodo bollente.
