A un sapore delicatissimo ma gustoso, non ha spine e si presta a ricette raffinate. Buon appetito!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tranci di rana pescatrice;<\/li>\n<li>2 patate medie;<\/li>\n<li>10 pomodorini;<\/li>\n<li>olio extravergine <a href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/www.collecavaliere.it\/file\/Home.html\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab\u00a0Colle Cavaliere\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 manciata di foglie di basilico fresco;<\/li>\n<li>sale, peperoncino qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn una teglia da forno unta di olio extravergine di oliva dispongo i tranci di rana pescatrice, le patate tagliate a spicchi e i pomodorini tagliati a met\u00e0 con le foglie di basilico spezzettate.\u00a0 Insaporisco con il sale, il peperoncino ed un filo di olio. Inforno il tutto per 30 minuti a 190\u00b0. A met\u00e0 cottura mescolo con delicatezza, bagno con un bicchiere di acqua\u00a0 calda e proseguo la cottura fino a quando le patate risulteranno cotte.
