L&rsquo;ho usato per condire delle bruschette per l&rsquo;aperitivo insieme ad una dadolata di pomodoro fresco. Questo pesto \u00e8 una goduria per il mio palato e spero anche per il vostro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 gr di rucola;<\/li>\n<li>6 noci;<\/li>\n<li>20 gr di parmigiano;<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchio di aglio (per chi lo ama io si!);<\/li>\n<li>mezzo bicchiere di olio extravergine <a href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/www.collecavaliere.it\/file\/Home.html\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab\u00a0Colle Cavaliere\u00a0\u00bb <\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>sale qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel mio mixer ho tritato la rucola insieme all&rsquo;aglio e alle noci; ho trasferito il tutto in una ciotola ed ho unito il parmigiano ed il sale. Infine ho aggiunto circa mezzo bicchiere di olio extravergine di oliva a filo e fino ad ottenere una crema&#8230; et voil\u00e0 les jeux sont faits! Condisco la pasta e gnam!
