{"id":378,"date":"2008-10-22T14:03:28","date_gmt":"2008-10-22T12:03:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=378"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:24:30","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:24:30","slug":"sauce-bolognaise-a-litalienne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/10\/sauce-bolognaise-a-litalienne\/","title":{"rendered":"Sauce Bolognaise \u00e0 l&rsquo;italienne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngr\u00e9dients pour 4 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr de viande hach\u00e9e m\u00e9lang\u00e9e; (boeuf\/ porc ou encore veau)<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de lard fum\u00e9 (pancetta) et 50 gr de jambon cuit; ( mixer le tout au robot finement)<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon;<\/li>\n<li>1 carotte;<\/li>\n<li>1 branche de c\u00e9leri;<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail;<\/li>\n<li>1 feuille de laurier, sauge, basilic frais, origan, et thym;<\/li>\n<li>2 piments sec;<\/li>\n<li>1 verre de vin rouge;<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse boite de tomates pel\u00e9es;<\/li>\n<li>huile d&rsquo;olive;<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre, 1 morceau de sucre ( 1 cuill\u00e8re a caf\u00e9);<\/li>\n<li>eau chaude ou bouillon de viande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hachez finement l&rsquo;oignon, la carotte, le c\u00e9leri et l&rsquo;ail. Dans une casserole, chauffez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen. Faire suer les l\u00e9gumes avec le mix de lard et de jambon jusqu&rsquo;a l\u00e9g\u00e8re coloration. Ajoutez la viande hach\u00e9e, la faire dorer a feu moyen, Mouillez de vin rouge et ajoutez les herbes aromatiques, faire \u00e9vaporer le vin. Incorporez\u00a0 les tomates pel\u00e9es, le sel, le poivre, le piment et le morceau de sucre. M\u00e9langez, Montez le feu \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature moyenne pour obtenir un l\u00e9ger bouillonnement; couvrez la casserole et laisser cuire environ 1 heure a feu doux en remuant de temps en temps, ajoutez \u00e9ventuellement un peu d&rsquo;eau chaude ou de bouillon de viande\u00a0 en cours de cuisson si n\u00e9cessaire.
