Una spolverata di pepe della Tasmania, esotico molto raro ma famoso per le sue note floreali di rosa selvatica ha reso questa tartare profumatissima! Con questo tocco il successo \u00e8 garantito! Bon app\u00e9tit Virginie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cetriolo;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di yogurt greco;<\/li>\n<li>alcune foglie di menta;<\/li>\n<li>sale rosso, pepe di Tasmania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Riduco a dadolata il cetriolo precedentemente pelato e lo condisco con lo yogurt greco e la menta tritata. Posiziono un coppapasta al centro del piatto, lo riempio con la tartare di cetriolo e comprimo bene; decoro la tartare con il sale rosso e una macinata di pepe della Tasmania.
