Dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, faire fondre 25 gr de beurre, ajoutez-y l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9 faire suer \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;oignon commence a blondir. Ajoutez le riz et remuez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit translucide. Versez alors le vin blanc sec laissez-le \u00e9vaporer. Mouillez progressivement a l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une louche de bouillon chaud, attendez que le bouillon soit absorb\u00e9 avant d&rsquo;en ajoutez a nouveau, louche par louche de fa\u00e7on a ce que le riz soit toujours recouvert de bouillon. Apr\u00e8s 15 minutes, ajoutez le safran dilu\u00e9 dans un peu de bouillon, remuez soigneusement. Continuez la cuisson encore 5 minutes en ajoutant encore un peu de bouillon si n\u00e9cessaire, le riz doit \u00eatre tendre, consistant et cr\u00e9meux mais non liquide.Retirez la marmite du feu, ajoutez le beurre restant et le parmesan salez, poivrez, m\u00e9langez le tout laissez reposer 2 minutes avant de servir.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"firstHeading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bon App\u00e9tit \ud83d\ude06<\/h1>\n<p><code>[ad]<\/code><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;
