La quinoa \u00e8 ricca di proteine vegetali e minerali, naturalmente priva di glutine \u00e8 un alimento fondamentale per chi soffre di celiachia: si presenta sotto forma di chicchi tondi molto piccoli e cuoce nel giro di 15 minuti. E\u2019 velocissima da preparare ed \u00e8 un passe-partout nelle insalate, perch\u00e9 si presta a infinite varianti provatela!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>140 gr di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.altromercato.it\/flex\/FixedPages\/Common\/cat.php\/L\/IT\/art\/art-000112\" target=\"_blank\">quinoa real;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 pomodoro;<\/li>\n<li>1 cetriolo;<\/li>\n<li>1 carota:<\/li>\n<li>alcune olive taggiasche;<\/li>\n<li>alcune foglie di menta fresca;<\/li>\n<li>olio extravergine di oliva biologico<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fattoriasansebastiano.it\/acquista-online-olio-oliva-biologico.php\" target=\"_blank\"> \u00ab\u00a0San Sebastiano aromatizzato alla menta selvatica\u00a0\u00bb <\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>sale qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuocere la quinoa \u00e8 semplicissimo: per prima cosa la sciacquo accuratamente per eliminare\u00a0la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Saponine\" target=\"_blank\">saponina <\/a>(sostanza amara di cui \u00e8 ricoperta) poi in un pentolino metto: una parte di quinoa, due parti di acqua ed un pizzico di sale. Porto a bollore e cucino a fiamma bassa per 15 minuti o fino a quando i grani si aprono formando un cerchio pi\u00f9 chiaro; nel mentre preparo le verdure tagliandole a brunoise.
