Per quanto mi riguarda io amo cucinare il pesce intero, mantenendo al meglio la consistenza delle carni ed il loro sapore. Ecco come ho preparato un piatto unico e prelibato che soddisfer\u00e0 ogni palato! Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cernia di circa 1,5 kg;<\/li>\n<li>1 kg di patate;<\/li>\n<li>10 pomodorini;<\/li>\n<li>2 spicchi di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>una manciata di olive nere;<\/li>\n<li>1 cipollotto;<\/li>\n<li>alcune foglie di basilico fresco;<\/li>\n<li>olio extravergine di oliva qb;<\/li>\n<li>un bicchiere di vino bianco secco;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa, ancora\u00a0 in pescheria, ho fatto pulire dal mio pescivendolo la cernia facendogli togliere, oltre alle interiora, anche le squame (accuratamente poich\u00e9 le stesse vi riempiranno la cucina se lo farete da voi). Arrivata a casa ho quindi risciacquato con cura il pesce che poi ho asciugato con carta da cucina e quindi l&rsquo;ho cosparsa di sale e pepe. Ho Pelato le patate e poi tagliate a fette di circa 1\/2 centimetro che poi ho disposto sulla mia leccarda leggermente oleata. Ho aggiustato di sale ed quindi adagiato la cernia sul tappeto di patate. Ho unito i pomodorini, il cipollotto tagliato sottilmente, le olive nere ed infine ho insaporito con l&rsquo;aglio a fettine ed il basilico spezzettato.
