Con questo caldo non si pu\u00f2 desiderare altro che una pasta veloce da fare, leggera e fresca da mangiare e delicatamente profumata con l&rsquo;olio extravergine aromatizzato al limone di Piero titolare \u00ab\u00a0dell&rsquo;Azienda Agricola san Sebastiano\u00a0\u00bb e che trovo delizioso!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 2 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>180 gr di pasta tipo calamarata;<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchina;<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaio di uova di salmone;<\/li>\n<li>olio extravergine aromatizzato al limone <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fattoriasansebastiano.it\/acquista-online-olio-oliva-biologico.php\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0\u00bb Fattoria San Sebastiano\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>erba cipollina qb;<\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mentre lesso la calamarata in abbondante acqua salata, grattugio la zucchina che poi faccio saltare per un minutino in padella con un filo di olio extravergine di oliva ed un pizzico di sale. Scolo quindi la pasta e la manteco con le zucchine, le uova di salmone ed un filo di olio aromatizzato al limone.
