{"id":50,"date":"2008-05-13T19:19:27","date_gmt":"2008-05-13T17:19:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=50"},"modified":"2011-12-04T18:26:30","modified_gmt":"2011-12-04T17:26:30","slug":"zuppadicipolle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/05\/zuppadicipolle\/","title":{"rendered":"Zuppa di Cipolle gratinata (Soupe a l&rsquo;oignon)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">500 gr. di cipolle dorate (peso netto delle cipolle gi\u00e0 pulite);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">1,5 l. di brodo di manzo (o di dado); <\/span><\/li>\n<li>30 gr. di farina;<\/li>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">1 cucchiaino di zucchero;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">50 gr. di burro;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">1 bicchiere di vino bianco secco;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">100 gr di <\/span>gruy\u00e8re (<span id=\"fullpost\">gruviera) o emmental grattugiato;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"fullpost\">12 fette di pane ( baguette&#8230; ovviamente );<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>sale, pepe nero qb.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tagliate le cipolle ( dopo averle mondate ) ad anelli sottilissimi. Ponetele in un tegame antiaderente ( meglio con il fondo spesso ), insieme ai 50 gr. di burro ed il cucchiaino di zucchero. Fatele \u00ab\u00a0sudare\u00a0\u00bb a fiamma bassa, senza che prendano colore. Quando tenderanno a diventare bionde, spolveratele con la farina, mescolando con cura per qualche minuto (attenti a non farle attaccare ). Bagnare con il vino bianco e lasciar evaporare l&rsquo;alcool, quindi, a questo punto, aggiungete il brodo bollente e fate cuocere la zuppa per circa 30 minuti sempre a fuoco moderato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nel frattempo, fate tostare il pane e preriscaldate il forno a 250\u00b0 C per far gratinare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Quando la zuppa sar\u00e0 cotta, aggiustate di sale e pepe e versatela in zuppiere monoporzione che possano andare in forno; adagiatevi sulla superficie tre fette di pane per ciascun commensale e ricoprite con abbondante gruy\u00e8re grattugiato; ponete le zuppiere nel forno caldo per circa 10 minuti o il tempo necessario affinch\u00e9 si formi una crosticina dorata sulla superficie della zuppa.
