{"id":507,"date":"2008-11-09T14:15:20","date_gmt":"2008-11-09T12:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=507"},"modified":"2008-11-09T14:15:20","modified_gmt":"2008-11-09T12:15:20","slug":"gulash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/11\/gulash\/","title":{"rendered":"Gulash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredienti per 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1 kg di manzo per spezzatino tagliata a bocconcini;<\/li>\n<li>300 gr di cipolle;<\/li>\n<li>300gr di pomodori pelati;<\/li>\n<li>1 dado per brodo di carne;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di burro;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bicchiere di olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchio di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>2 foglie di alloro;<\/li>\n<li>3 patate;<\/li>\n<li>un pizzico di cumino;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di paprica;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di aceto di vino rosso;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sale, pepe qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sbucciate e tritate le cipolle e fatele rosolare con olio e burro aggiungendo qualche cucchiaio di acqua finch\u00e9 saranno trasparenti; spruzzatele con l&rsquo;aceto, unite la paprica, poi aggiungete i bocconcini di carne, i pomodori con il loro sugo di conservazione, l&rsquo;aglio in camicia, l&rsquo;alloro, il cumino, il dado di carne e un bicchiere di acqua calda. Lasciate cuocere a fuoco basso coperto, mescolando ogni tanto per 2 ore, unite le patate sbucciate e tagliate a pezzetti, regolate di sale e di pepe e proseguite la cottura per altri 30 minuti, mescolando ogni tanto.
