{"id":514,"date":"2008-11-09T14:16:03","date_gmt":"2008-11-09T12:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=514"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:24:06","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:24:06","slug":"torta-salata-di-funghi-pancetta-e-formaggio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/11\/torta-salata-di-funghi-pancetta-e-formaggio\/","title":{"rendered":"torta salata di funghi, pancetta, e formaggio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rotolo di pasta bris\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>1 bustina di funghi secchi;<\/li>\n<li>3 uova;<\/li>\n<li>150 ml di panna fresca;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di ricotta;<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di pancetta affumicata;<\/li>\n<li>formaggio tipo emmental, fontina o quello che avete in frigo (va bene qualsiasi tipo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mettete in ammollo i funghi in acqua tiepida per 15 minuti e nel frattempo foderate la teglia con la pasta bris\u00e9. In una ciotola sbattete le uova con la panna, la ricotta, la pancetta, il formaggio a tocchetti ed i funghi ben strizzati; salate, pepate e versate il tutto sulla bris\u00e9.
