Ci sono innumerevoli versioni, ma ricordate, la ricetta autentica \u00e8 senza formaggio! Potr\u00e0 essere un delizioso contorno oppure un piatto unico accompagnato da una bella insalata verde e da qualche salume nostrano. La mia versione prevede la fava tonka mentre solitamente viene profumato con la noce moscata. D\u00e9licieux!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g di patate tipo charlotte;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl di latte intero;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl di panna fresca;<\/li>\n<li>10 g di burro;<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchi di aglio;<\/li>\n<li>sale, fava tonka qb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ngg_shortcode_1_placeholder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparazione a modo mio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preriscaldo il forno a 180\u00b0. Sbuccio e poi affetto le patate a rondelle sottili aiutandomi con la mandolina quindi le dispongo in una casseruola insieme al latte ed alla panna; insaporisco con la fava tonka grattugiata ed aggiusto di sale. Metto la casseruola sul fuoco e porto a bollore, poi proseguo la cottura a fiamma dolce per circa 10 minuti e mescolando spesso per evitare che gli ingredienti si attacchino al fondo. Prendo la teglia da forno e prima la strofino con uno spicchio di aglio poi la imburro accuratamente quindi aggiungo la preparazione appena cotta e cospargo con alcuni fiocchetti di burro.
