Apr\u00e8s cette op\u00e9ration il restera 1 kg de tomate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">1 Gros Oignon<\/span><span class=\"normal\"> &#8211; Pel\u00e9, et grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9minc\u00e9<script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\nlexique(\"emincer\")\n\/\/ ]]><\/script>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">1 Poivron Vert<\/span><span class=\"normal\"> &#8211; Lav\u00e9, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 des parties blanches, et coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res de 1 cm de large sur 5 cm de long environ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">1 Poivron Rouge<\/span><span class=\"normal\"> &#8211; Lav\u00e9, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 des parties blanches, et coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res de 1 cm de large sur 5 cm de long environ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">1 Poivron Jaune<\/span><span class=\"normal\"> &#8211; Lav\u00e9, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 des parties blanches, et coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res de 1 cm de large sur 5 cm de long environ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">2 Gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/span><span class=\"normal\"> &#8211; Pel\u00e9es puis \u00e9cras\u00e9es . <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">1 Bouquet garni<\/span><span class=\"normal\"> &#8211; compos\u00e9 de Thym, basilic, Laurier frais.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">Huile d&rsquo; Olive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"normalcolorbold\"><span class=\"normalcolorbold\">Gros Sel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"normalbold\">Dans une grande sauteuse, faire suer<script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\nlexique(\"suer\")\n\/\/ ]]><\/script> dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive les aubergines en remuant souvent pour qu&rsquo;elles ne br\u00fblent pas (5-10 mn environ).<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">R\u00e9server<script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\nlexique(\"reserver\")\n\/\/ ]]><\/script> les morceaux d&rsquo;aubergines dans une cocotte en fonte.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Dans la m\u00eame sauteuse, faire suer dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive les d\u00e9s de courgettes 5-10 mn.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">R\u00e9server les morceaux de courgettes avec les morceaux d&rsquo;aubergines dans la cocotte en fonte.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Faire alors suer les trois poivrons et l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans la sauteuse toujours dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Puis introduire les poivrons et l&rsquo;oignon dans la cocotte.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Introduire ensuite dans la cocotte les quartiers de tomates, l&rsquo;ail, le bouquet garni, du Gros sel, du poivre <\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">M\u00e9langer une derni\u00e8re fois pour 1h-1h30 de cuisson \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 couvert.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Durant cette cuisson, m\u00e9langer une ou deux fois.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Terminer par 15 &#8211; 30 mn de cuisson \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pour que l&rsquo;eau de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation r\u00e9duise quelque peu.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"normalbold\">Au moment de servir ajouter un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span> et quelques feuilles de basilic frais.<br \/>\n<span class=\"normalcolorbold\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>BON app\u00e9tit a bient\u00f4t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><code>[ad]<\/code><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LA \u00ab\u00a0ratatouille\u00a0\u00bb&hellip;
